Although we always strive to meet ongoing demands and stay in stock all of our inventory items, sometimes it becomes necessary to substitute an item in a gift basket. We do our best to ship all products exactly as they are on our website but often we need to substitute ingredients, packing materials, containers, decorations or other items in order to fill an order. We won't adjust the price or necessarily communicate that we've made a substitution. We do attempt to use a higher value item when it is necessary to substitute.
We reserve the right to substitute any item with an item of equal or greater value.

Claims & Returns for Chocolates and Baked Goods
If you do not believe our chocolates or baked goods are among the best you have ever tasted, simply return the unused portion within 14 days of delivery along with a note describing the reason for your return, and we'll happily exchange it or issue a full and unconditional refund , excluding shipping charges.
Claims & Returns for Non-
If for any reason, you or your recipient are not completely satisfied with the product ordered or received, we will honor returns for up to 15 days from the original shipment date during which time you can return a gift for any reason.
If you wish to return your online purchase, keep our packing slip and contact us at for instructions on how to send the merchandise back to us using traceable mail. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us.
A return credit for product cost (less shipping) will be issued within 15 days of receipt to the credit card or PayPal Account used for the original purchase.
For Returns caused by delivery attempts by carrier to bad addresses, that are refused by the recipient or that are undeliverable for any reason other than errors clearly attributed to Company, all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be deducted from the refund credit to be issued and a 20% restocking fee will be charged . Shipping charges usually consist of shipping to the recipient, shipping back to the Company and any address correction fees.
