Vegan

All baked goods are vegan, which means they're made without animal ingredients (no eggs, dairy, butter or honey). Thus, these sweets are heart-healthy, cholesterol-free (cholesterol comes only from animal products) and do not contribute to the animal cruelty found in standard animal farming practices.

Kosher

Each ingredient used is certified Kosher. However, we have chosen not to opt for Kosher certification at this time because it is quite expensive and the premium-quality, organic ingredients and detailed hand processes used already make for high costs.

Gluten-Free/Wheat-Free

Organic oat flour is used in baked goods which may be milled in the same facility as wheat flour. Thus, all products may contain traces of wheat or gluten even when it is not an intended ingredient.

Sugar-Free

Our goal is to offer organic, vegan desserts that are reminiscent of the taste and texture of traditional products. Because we choose products that eliminate animal ingredients, the ingredients used are critical to creating the right texture, which is, unfortunately, not achieved with alternative sweeteners.

Nutritional Information

The specific nutritional information of products is not available at this time. However, all of the items are free of cholesterol and animal products. This does not mean that they are fat-free or particularly meant to be low-fat. There are many products on the market that boast these claims - it's most important to us that products we provide are organic, animal-free goodies use the finest gourmet ingredients and taste superb.

Organic

Organic agriculture does not use chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides, thereby protecting native plants and animals, farmers and human neighbors, as well as the water table and the entire ecosystem, from toxic pollution. It supports biodiversity and soil fertility, and is healthier for humans and the planet than petroleum-based commercial farming practices.

Nuts: Nuts are used in some products; therefore, all of the products may contain traces of nuts even when nuts are not an intended ingredient.

Dairy: Due to the limited demand for 100% dairy-free chocolate, all suppliers of the raw materials for organic chocolate use equipment that is shared with dairy. While the machines are very carefully cleaned between runs, there is a chance that chocolate items may contain traces of dairy even though dairy is not an intended ingredient.

Soy: Some items with chocolate contain soy lecithin. See ingredients.

Gluten: All baked goods are made with organic oat flour, which may be milled in the same facility as wheat flour. Thus, these products may contain traces of wheat or gluten even though it is not an intended ingredient.

Chocolates and fudge are temperature sensitive and thus will be shipped only on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. To receive our Satisfaction Guarantee of optimal condition upon arrival, all four of the following conditions must be met:

1. Choose FedEx 2-Day Air shipping.

2. Add a Chill Pack (insulation with frozen gel packs) for destinations warmer than 60 degrees.

3. Provide a shipping address where someone will be present to accept and sign for the delivery (your package may not be left at the door).

4. Provide a complete and accurate delivery address to avoid shipping delays.

If any of the above conditions is not met, our Satisfaction Guarantee is void.

Why do I need to add a Chill Pack?
Due to their perishable natures, all orders containing chocolate or fudge require a chill pack year-round in order to benefit from our Guarantee that your goodies arrive in optimal condition.
Please note that Chill Packs only stay cold for 2 days, so if your order requires a chill pack, you must also choose 2-day air shipping or the Guarantee is void.

What happens if I don’t select 2-day air shipping or omit the Chill Pack?
We strive to make sure that you always receive our premium products in optimal condition and that every order is covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee. Therefore, we reserve the right to automatically upgrade your shipping method and/or add a chill pack to your order and charge your credit card for the additional amount if your order contains heat-sensitive items.

What if I want to Decline the Guarantee?
If you choose any shipping method other than 2-day air or omit the chill pack for heat-sensitive items and DO NOT want an automatic upgrade, you may type "Decline Guarantee" in the Special Instructions field during check-out.
