What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You may pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

 

Can I Specify A Gift Card Message?

Yes. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to write your gift message in an area called "Gift Message".

 

I forgot my Gift Card Message. What can I do?

If you call or send us an email before the shipping cutoff time , we'll make every effort to make sure your message makes it into the package. Even though we'll try to help you, due to the large amount of work that occurs during the morning before the cut-off, we can't guarantee that we'll get the message in the package for you.

 

How Do You Ship The Gift Baskets?

There are several shipping options offered:

  • Guaranteed Next Day (Air, Express Courier or Ground)
  • Guaranteed 2nd Day (Air, Express Courier or Ground)
  • Freight Saver (Air, Express Courier or Ground)
  • Xpress Saver (Air, Express Courier or Ground) Saturdays and Sundays are not counted when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit.

Do You Ship Gifts Internationally Or To Canada?

At this time we do not ship internationally but we do ship to Hawaii and Alaska on select products. For these shipments overnight air is required, additional fees apply and delivery time is typically three days. We offer shipping to all Canadian addresses via UPS on select products only. You may contact us to inquire on these select products prior to ordering.  Shipments take one extra day to ship out and are shipped via UPS. However, there will be no claims offered or honored on these shipments. These are shipped at your own risk. No loss claims, late delivery refunds or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk.  

 

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

At Leonaria, your satisfaction is our top priority which is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can contact us to help you resolve the issue. We can either exchange the product or give you a full refund of you order, excluding shipping & applicable handling fees. More info.....

 

How do I handle a return for full credit?

If you wish to return your online purchase, keep our packing slip and contact us for instructions on how to send the merchandise back to us using traceable mail. Once  your package is received, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us. More info......

 

How long does it take to receive a Return credit?

A return credit for product cost (less shipping) will be issued to the credit card  used or Paypal account within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.  

 

What about damaged products?

All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims for our non-perishable products must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy, we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you dispose of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by fax or e-mail. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.
